License Terms Licenses are non-exclusive unless otherwise stated. All licenses are time-limited to one (1) year.
If a project exceeds the scope, platform, monetization, or distribution limits of the purchased license, the customer is required to upgrade to the appropriate license tier prior to release or continued use. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of license terms.
